   Finn Bálor runs in, attacking O'Reilly. Cole is distracted, allowing Breeze to land a superkick, but Breeze is not able to capitalize. Instead, Cole lands a superkick on his own, pinning Breeze to advance.

   Wilde pins Sunil after Mendoza delivers a dropkick.

   Dain powerbombs Grey, and then powerbombs Maverick on top to allow Maverick to get the pinfall.

   Kushida performs a hip toss into a dropkick on Gargano, and locks him in a bridge to get the pinfall victory.

   Hartwell pins Jade to advance in the tournament.
3. NXT 2021-01-27: Dakota Kai & Raquel González def. Aliyah & Jessi Kamea [w/Robert Stone]
   González hits a running clothesline on Kamea, allowing González to hit a bodyslam for the pinfall victory.
4. 205Live 2021-01-29: Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon def. Marina Shafir & Zoey Stark (subm.)
   The team of Shafir and Stark shows a strong offence, gradually breaking down their opponents, but Moon and Blackheart comes back, eventually forcing Stark to tap out to Moon's leglock submission.

1. NXT 2021-02-03: Dakota Kai & Raquel González def. Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter
   González powerbombs Catanzaro for the pinfall, to advance to the finals.
2. NXT 2021-02-10: Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon def. Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell [w/Johnny Gargano]
   Moon takes out LeRae with the eclipse. Hartwell tries to save LaRae from Blackheart's top rope senton, taking the full force of it. Blackheart rolls over the legal Hartwell to get the pinfall and advance to the finals.

1. Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament final:
   Dakota Kai & Raquel González def. Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon
   Moon has González down for a pinfall, but Kai distracts the referee. González takes out Blackeart with a massive power bomb, and both Kai and González cover her simultaneously to get the pinfall victory, becoming the first Dusty Rhodes tag team cup winners.
2. NXT North American championship:
   Johnny Gargano (ch) def. Kushida
   Gargano pins Kushida after a DDT from the top rope.
3. Men's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament final:
   MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) def. Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson & James Drake)
   MSK lands a double superkick on GYV, and then double-teams Carter, allowing Lee to get the pinfall victory to win the Dusty Rhodes tag team cup.
4. NXT Women's championship, Triple threat:
   Io Shirai (ch) def. Mercedes Martinez, Toni Storm
   Storm lands flying a headbutt on Martinez and covers her for a pin. Shirai lands a moonsault from the top rope on Storm, denying Storm the pinfall. Instead Shirai covers Martinez for the pinfall to retain her championship.
5. NXT championship:
   Finn Bálor (ch) def. Pete Dunne
   After having unsucessfully attempted the coup de grâce, Bálor hits the 1916 and gets the pinfall victory to retain his championship.

Part 1 (2021-04-07):

1. "Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne def. Kushida
   Kushida has Dunne in the hoverboard lock, but Dunne manages to get to the ropes to break the hold. Dunne hits the Bitter End, getting the pinfall victory.
2. Gauntlet match:
   Bronson Reed def. Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, Cameron Grimes, L.A. Knight, Dexter Lumis, Leon Ruff
   Leon Ruff and Isaiah "Swerve" Scott start out. Bronson Reed enters third, with Cameron Grimes as number four and Dexter Lumis and number five. While Lumis is doing his entrance, Scott pins Ruff for the first elimination. L.A. Knight enters last. Lumis locks Grimes in the Silence submissino move, but Knight hooks Lumis' legs to eliminate him. Scott, Grimes and Reed team up on Knight, allowing Reed to get the pinfall elimination. Grimes rolls up Swerve for the pinfall, but Swerve reverses and instead eliminates Grimes. Reed hits the Tsunami body splash from the top rope on Scott, to get the pinfall and earn a North American championship opportunity on part 2.
3. NXT UK championship:
   Walter (ch) def. Tommaso Ciampa
   Walter pins Ciampa after a big chop, to retain the championship.
4. NXT tagteam championship, Triple threat match:
   MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) def. Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson & James Drake), Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza)
   The match was for the vacated tagteam championship. Gibson locks the Shankly Gates on Mendoza, who tries to tap pout, but Carter stops him from doing so. MSG double-teams Gibson, allowing Lee to roll Gibson up for the pinfall, to win the championships.
5. NXT Women's championship:
   Raquel González [w/Dakota Kai] def. Io Shirai (ch)
   González hits the one-armed powerbomb to get the pinfall victory.

Part 2 (2021-04-08):

1. NXT Cruiserweight championship, Unification ladder match:
   Santos Escobar def. Jordan Devlin
   This match was set up to unify the cruiserweight championship, with Escobar winning the as interim cruiserweight championship tournament when Jordan Devlin was only able to defend his championship in NXT UK due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Devlin and Escobar fight on top of a ladder. Devlin has his hands on one of the championship belts when Escobar ejects him off the ladder, landing on another ladder in the ring corner. Escobar reaches up and unhooks the two championship belts to become the undisputed champion.
2. NXT Women's tagteam championship:
   Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon (ch) def. The Way (Candice LeRay & Indi Hartwell)
   Moon takes out both opponents with the Eclipse, allowing Blackheart to perform a Senton from the top rope and cover Hartwell to retain the championships.
3. NXT North American championship:
   Johnny Gargano (ch) [w/Austin Theory] def. Bronson Reed
   Reed climbs to the top rope to hit the Tsunami, but Gargano rolls out of the way. Gargano hits Final Beat twice on Reed to get the pinfall victory to retain.
4. NXT championship:
   Karrion Kross [w/Scarlett] def. Finn Bálor (ch)
   Bálor hits coup de grâce on Kross, but Kross kicks out and reverses the pinfall into a sleeper hold. Bálor manages to break the hold. Later, Kross hits Bálor on the back of the neck and gets the three-count to win the championship.
5. Unsanctioned match:
   Kyle O'Reilly def. Adam Cole
   Cole hits O'Reilly with the Panama Sunrise and covers him for the pinfall, but he has already knocked the referee out, so there is no-one to count. O'Reilly wraps a steel chain around his right leg and performs a knee drop from the top rope on Cole, getting the pinfall victory.

NXT Takeover: In Your House

2021-06-13, WWE Performance Center, Orlando, Florida, USA

1. Winner takes all:
   MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) (NXT tagteam ch) & Bronson Reed (NXT North American ch) def. Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar & Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza)
   Reed clotheslines Escobar through the ring barricades, while MSK takes out Wilde in a double-team move outside the ring. This leaves Mendoza alone in the ring, and after Reed hits the tsunami from the top rope, he gets the three-count to retain all his teams' championships.
2. Xia Li def. Mercedes Martinez
   Li hits Martinez with a kick to the back of the head, getting the pinfall victory.
3. Million Dollar Championship, Ladder match:
   LA Knight def. Cameron Grimes
   Grimes climbs the golden ladder and has his hands on the case when Knight tips the ladder over, dropping him outside the ring. Knight then reseats the ladder, climbs it and unhooks the briefcase to become the Million Dollar Champion, being awarded the belt by "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase.
4. NXT Women's championship:
   Raquel González [w/Dakota Kai] (ch) def. Ember Moon
   Moon hits the Eclipse on González, but Kai puts González' foot on the bottom rope to break the count. Shotzi Blackheart comes in, taking out Kai. González runs Moon into the ring corner, hits a powerbomb and gets the pinfall victory to retain the championship.
5. NXT championship, Fatal five-way:
   Karrion Kross [w/Scarlett] (ch) def. Kyle O'Reilly, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunn, Adam Cole (subm.)
   O'Reilly locks Cole in a leglock, but before Cole taps Kross locks O'Reilly in a headlock. O'Reilly has to let go of Cole and as O'Reilly fades the referee calls a victory for Kross.

Great American Bash

2021-07-06, WWE Performance Center, Orlando, Florida, USA

1. NXT tagteam championship, Triple threat match:
   MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) (ch) def. Tommaso Ciampa & Timothy Thatcher
   Lee locks Thatcher in an inside cradle, getting the pinfall victory to retain the championships.
2. Million Dollar Championship:
   LA Knight (ch) def. Cameron Grimes
   Stipulation: The loser becomes the butler to the winner for the following month. Knight pins Grimes after the BLT.
3. NXT Women's tagteam championship:
   Zoey Stark & Io Shirai def. The Way (Candice LeRay & Indi Hartwell) (ch)
   The match is interrupted when Tegan Nox makes her return in the middle of the match. Stark takes advantage of the confusion to knock out Hartwell to get the pinfall and make her team the new champions. After the match, Nox attacks The Way.
4. Adam Cole def. Kyle O'Reilly
   Cole hits the Panama Sunrise on O'Reilly on the floor outside the ring. He then drags him into the ring for the pinfall, but O'Reilly gets the leg on the rope to break the count. It is not until Cole hits another Panama Sunrise, followed by the Last Shot kick, that he gets the pinfall.

NXT Takeover XXXVI

2021-08-22, WWE Performance Center, Orlando, Florida, USA

1. Million Dollar Championship:
   Cameron Grimes def. LA Knight (ch)
   Stipulation: If Cameron Grimes loses, Ted DiBiase takes over his role as LA Knight's butler. Knight brings the Million Dollar championship belt into the ring, intent on attacking Grimes, but is kicked to the outside by Grimes, where he DiBiase attacks him while the referee is distracted. Knight is thrown back into the ring and Grimes covers him to win the championship.
2. NXT Women's championship:
   Raquel González (ch) def. Dakota Kai
   González picks up Kai to the top rope and hits a powerbomb on Kai to get the pinfall and retain the championship.
3. NXT UK championship:
   Ilja Dragunov def. Walter (ch)
   Dragunov receives a massive amount of hard blows from Walter, but still manages to get back up and perform a suplex on the much heavier Walter. Walter hits more power slams on Dragunuv, but Dragunuv eventually manages to lock Walter in a sleeper hold. Walter gets up and drops on Dragunuv. Dragunuv manages to keep the sleeper hold, only to let go to land more hits. He then locks another sleeper and proceeds to lift Walter by the throat, causing Walter to be forced to tap out.
4. Two out of three falls match:
   Kyle O'Reilly def. Adam Cole
   The competitors got to chose the stipulations for the first two falls, with O'Reilly picking fall one and Cole the second. General Manager William Regal added a steel cage as the stipulation for the third fall.
   1. 1st fall: Classic match:
      Kyle O'Reilly def. Adam Cole
      Cole goes for the Panama sunrise, but O'Reilly hooks the legs to get a pinfall.
   2. 2nd fall: Street fight:
      Adam Cole def. Kyle O'Reilly
      O'Reilly goes for a jump from the top rope, but Cole picks him up for a slam, and gets the pinfall.
   3. 3rd fall: Steel cage match:
      Kyle O'Reilly def. Adam Cole
      Cole locks O'Reilly to the ring ropes using handcuffs, and sets him up for a superkick. O'Reilly grabs Cole's leg and locks it in a heel hook, using the cuffed arm for leverage. Cole taps out, giving the overall victory to O'Reilly.
5. NXT championship:
   Samoa Joe def. Karrion Kross (ch)
   Kross goes to the top rope, but Joe picks him up for a muscle buster to get the pinfall victory.

NXT Breakout Tournament

2021-07-13 to 2021-08-24, WWE Performance Center, Orlando, Florida, USA

The winner of the NXT breakout tournament gets a title shot at their choosing.

First round matches:

1. NXT 2021-07-13: Duke Hudson def. Ikemen Jiro
   Hudson pins Jiro after a powerslam.
2. NXT 2021-07-20: Odyssey Jones def. Andre Chase
   Jones pins Chase after a powerslam.
3. NXT 2021-07-27: Carmelo Hayes def. Josh Briggs
   Hayes pins Brigs after a leg drop from the top rope.
4. NXT 2021-08-03: Trey Baxter def. Joe Gacy
   Baxter pins Gacy after a 450 stomp from the top rope.

Semi-final matches:

1. NXT 2021-08-10: Odyssey Jones def. Trey Baxter
   Jones squashes Baxter with an avalanche into the ring corner and then gets the pinfall after a powerslam.
2. NXT 2021-08-17: Carmelo Hayes def. Duke Hudson
   Hayes hits a leg drop from the top rope to get the pinfall victory.

Final:

• NXT 2021-08-24: Carmelo Hayes def. Odyssey Jones
  Hayes climbs the top rope but Jones moves out of the way, and hits a big splash on Hayes. Hayes manages to reverse it into a crucifix, getting the pinfall victory.

   Imperium (Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) (ch) def. Kyle O'Reilly & Von Wagner
   O'Reilly locks Aichner in the guillotine, but Aichner manages to power out, lifting up O'Reilly and tag to Barthel, who gets the three-count to retain the championship.
3. Hair vs. hair match:
   Cameron Grimes def. Duke Hudson
   Hudson sets up Grimes for the Razor's Edge, but Grimes reverses it at the last second and rolls up Hudson for the pinfall.
4. Cruiserweight championship:
   Roderick Strong (ch) [w/Diamond Mine (Brutus Creed & Julius Creed & Hachiman & Ivy Nile & Malcom Bivens)] def. Joe Gacy [w/Harland]
   Stipulation: The 205 lbs weight restriction was lifted for this match. Strong hits a jumping knee on Gacy, following up wiht a powerbomb to get the pinfall victory.
5. War Games:
   Team 2.0 (Bron Breakker & Grayson Waller & Tony D'Angelo & Carmelo Hayes (NA ch) [w/Trick Williams]) def. Team Black & Gold (Tommasso Ciampa (NXT ch) & Pete Dunne & LA Knight & Johnny Gargano)
