I appreciate anyone adding information to the files, as long as you send the additions to me (address above). Everyone contributing will be mentioned here below (tell me if you don't want me to publish your e-mail address).

Also, please do not steal results and match commentary from newsletters/magazines and send to me. If you haven't written the commentary yourself, you haven't the copyright permissions for it, and if you don't, you can't allow me to have it included, which means that I can't include them at all.
