Q&A

I got this in an e-mail from a reader:

Hi,
as a long-time Opera user looking for some info on Javascript-Debugging, I found your post on logging errors to file. While looking through opera:config, however, I found a (to me) much more interesting set of options, the Remote Script Debugger section. Is that implemented in TP1? Or will it be in TP2? How do I get it to work? (I hope you don't mind being contacted via e-mail, but I could not find a way to post a question on your blog.) Thanks a lot,

First, I am sorry that I had to disable anonymous comments in this blog, but I was getting a lot of comment spam.

Now, well, that is indeed an interesting question. There are indeed a couple of settings in 9.0 TP1 that mention a remote script debugger. However, as far as I know, it is not fully implemented yet, and there is no documentation available on how to use it.
